Risk warning
Trading in financial instruments — shares, ETFs, bonds, options, futures, crypto assets — involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Leverage, margin, and short selling can amplify losses beyond your initial investment.
Only invest money you can afford to leave untouched for at least 3–5 years without affecting your financial position. If you are unsure whether a product suits you, consult an independent adviser registered under the Wft (Netherlands) or authorised by the regulator in your country.
No investment advice
Daytraders.nl is an educational content platform covering brokers, prop firms, strategies, tutorials, and individual traders. On this site we do not provide personal investment advice; the publications do not fall under the regulated investment services of DMA Europe B.V.
DMA Europe B.V. IS AFM-registered as an investment firm (Wft licence). Those regulated services are delivered via our separate brands Easybroker (self-directed retail brokerage) and Noble & Partners (premium investment advisory) — not via Daytraders.nl.
Nothing on this site constitutes personal investment advice, a recommendation to trade or not to trade, or an invitation to open a specific account. All content is general in nature and cannot be tailored to your personal financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance.
For personal advice or regulated investment services, consult one of our separate brands, another Wft-regulated independent adviser, or discuss with your bank or broker whether a product fits your needs.
Scope of content
Daytraders.nl publishes reviews and content about:
- EU-regulated spot brokers for shares, ETFs, bonds, options, and futures
- Crypto spot exchanges with clear regulation or verifiable structure
- Internationally recognised prop-trading firms (futures-based evaluation models)
- Educational content about proven strategies from historical traders
We do not review retail CFD providers, spread-bet platforms, FX margin brokers, signal providers, pump groups, or ICO/IDO promotions. These fall outside our content scope.
Jurisdiction — UK / US
This website is operated by DMA Europe B.V. (KvK 32054576, Netherlands). The content is directed at residents of the European Union and does not constitute a financial promotion within the meaning of section 21 of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
UK visitors: this content is not directed at UK retail clients under FSMA s.21. Please consult FCA-regulated providers for UK-specific services. US visitors: please consult SEC/FINRA-registered providers. This content is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where such content would be unlawful.
Crypto-specific
Crypto assets are highly volatile and may fall partly outside the beleggerscompensatiestelsel (BCS — investor compensation scheme). MiCA regulation (EU) has been in force since 2024 but does not cover all platforms. Loss of your entire investment is possible; certain protocols (DeFi, staking, LP) carry additional technical risks (smart-contract bugs, slippage, impermanent loss).
Prop-trading-specific
Prop-firm evaluations are designed for experienced traders with a tested strategy. The evaluation fee is a real cost risk — the majority of candidates do not reach a payout and lose their fee. Treat it as an education or licence investment, not as access to income.
Payout rules, drawdown limits, and consistency rules can vary between firms and change over time. Always read the firm's most recent account agreement before purchasing an evaluation.
Liability
While we make every effort to keep information current and accurate — including public fact-check rounds — content may become outdated or incomplete. Broker fees, regulation, and terms may change between our publication date and when you read the page. Always verify directly with the broker before opening an account or placing a trade.
DMA Europe B.V. is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of information on this site, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You use this site and its content at your own risk.
Sources & corrections
Every factual claim about broker fees, regulation, or trader track records on Daytraders.nl is traceable to a publicly verifiable source: the AFM register, broker terms of service, or documented trader biographies. We correct publicly and keep a log of fact-check rounds in the public git history of the site.
